The service

StatsGem is operated by Giorgi Badagadze in Berlin, Germany. Contact: contact@statsgem.com. These terms cover the website and account-linked notifications. The service is currently in public beta; features, models and coverage may change as we test and improve them.

We benchmark model probabilities against bookmaker-implied probabilities for football statistical outcomes, and tune models to evaluate and improve hypothetical returns. Stakes, bankrolls, profit, loss and return figures are simulations with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, transferred, redeemed or withdrawn. Subscription fees buy access to research; they do not fund a betting balance.

We are independent of bookmakers: we do not operate gambling, act as a betting broker, place bets for users or receive bookmaker affiliate commissions. Names, odds and logos identify sources and do not imply endorsement.

Adults and lawful access

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age requirement applicable to this service in your country, state or region. Access must be lawful both where you live and where you are located. Worldwide availability is subject to these restrictions; selecting a country does not establish legality or verify your age.

Provide a truthful residence and declaration. Update it when circumstances change. If you cannot confirm eligibility, do not use predictions, create an account or subscribe. You can still read our policies and gambling-awareness information.

How to interpret results

Predictions are research outputs, not instructions to gamble, personalised financial advice or a promise of profit. Models can fail, quoted odds may be delayed or unavailable, and bookmaker rules may differ. You can lose all money you independently choose to gamble elsewhere.

Recorded pre-match selections, historical estimates and backtests are different evidence. Historical estimates are excluded from the board’s published live record. Tuning on past data, small samples, selection bias and changing market conditions can make simulated results look better than future performance. Free and VIP labels do not guarantee quality or a higher return.

Subscriptions, beta pricing and cancellation

The price, currency, billing period, any trial and recurring charge are shown before purchase. Trials require a payment method and become paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from your profile or the billing portal before the next charge; access ordinarily continues to the end of the paid period.

Current prices are public-beta prices. Post-beta subscription prices will be double the beta prices. No beta end date is set. We will announce the end date once decided and notify affected subscribers of any price change before it applies. This notice does not itself change an existing subscription or authorise an extra charge.

Saved VIP days are service-access credits, not money or a gambling reward. Redemption follows the conditions shown in your profile, including the minimum balance and active-subscription requirement. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal and consumer rights

Where EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Tell us by a clear email to contact@statsgem.com identifying the account and subscription and stating that you withdraw. We acknowledge the request and process any refund required by law, generally within 14 days, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Optional withdrawal wording: “I withdraw from my StatsGem subscription contract, ordered on [date], account email [email], name [name], date [date].” This form is optional. Accepting these terms or accessing beta features does not waive your statutory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity or refund rights.

Accounts, availability and responsibility

Keep your sign-in codes private. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security, bypass access controls or infringe third-party data or intellectual-property rights. We may restrict misuse and investigate errors; contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Beta availability and data accuracy are not guaranteed, and errors may be corrected. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protections. German law applies subject to any mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect; a new declaration may be requested.
